The Jesuit Refugee Service (JRS) is an international Catholic non-governmental organisation with a mission to accompany, serve, and advocate for the rights of refugees and forcibly displaced people. The organisation was founded in November 1980 and has a presence in over 50 countries.
The July 2014 edition of The Way is now available, with articles by (among others) Nick Austin/Roger Dawson on positive psychology and the Spiritual Exercises.
An estimated 800-1,000 people joined the central London parishes of the Jesuit Church of The Immaculate Conception, Farm Street, and St James’s Church, Spanish Place, in their joint outdoor procession of the Blessed Sacrament through the streets of London for the Feast of Corpus Christi.
