Peter Knott SJ
Peter Knott SJ, born 1926, was a soldier before entering the Society of Jesus in 1963 serving in NW Europe India, Pakistan, Malaya, and Palestine. After ordination in 1970 his appointments included Chaplain at Heathrow Airport, Superior and Parish Priest at Farm Street, and Catholic Chaplain at Eton College. He is presently Chaplain to Barlborough Hall School in Derbyshire.
He was received into the Church in 1962 and felt a calling to be a priest. He was attracted to the Society because their work appeared to lean towards setting up new enterprises, and the Jesuits he had met seemed the kind of people he would like to work with.
He writes on the Province website blog a weekly Godtalk, short reflections to help us all be a little more faith-full, more hope-full, more charity-able.
