This is an online retreat in daily life for chaplains who work in a variety of settings – prisons, hospitals, schools, work places, etc.
As people who spend time caring for the needs of others, we invite you to take part in this online retreat in order to care for yourself. We hope to offer you inspiration for prayer and a listening ear so that you may continue to deepen your relationship with God and be refreshed for ministry.
This is a individually guided retreat in daily life so you will need time (approximately 30 minutes each day) to speak to your guide via Zoom and another half an hour to an hour to pray, but the retreat can take place alongside your daily life, whether that consists of work, volunteering or caring responsibilities.
There will be an Opening Meeting for this retreat on Sunday 19th May 5-6pm via Zoom. This meeting will set the scene for the retreat, but it is not essential for you to attend. Your personal prayer and meetings with your guide will be the essential elements of the week.
Monday 20th May - Friday 24th May 2024 - Online
Please book by 13th May 2024.
