Presenting: ‘The Letter – a message for our Earth’ (82 minutes) English subtitles.

Introduction

The Letter tells the story of a journey to Rome of frontline leaders to discuss the encyclical letter Laudato Si’ with Pope Francis.

We are delighted to welcome Collete Joyce from the Justice and Peace Commission at Southwark Diocese, who is leading the diocese ‘Season of Creation’ initiatives, and who will introduce this important film to us.

Exclusive dialogue with the Pope is included in the film offering a revealing insight into the personal history of Pope Francis and stories never seen since he became the Bishop of Rome. We hope viewers find the film interesting and stay after the showing to talk about the issues raised.
