Novena for the Feast of St Ignatius of Loyola (Days 2 – 4)

July 23, 2021

The Feast of St Ignatius is on the 31st of July. This year, we also mark the 500th Anniversary of the Battle of Pamplona where Ignatius was struck by a cannonball.

This is the moment a Basque nobleman obsessed with worldly glory became a devoted man of God and founder of The Society of Jesus, which today is the largest religious order in the Roman Catholic Church.

Jesuit parishes across the UK will be sharing their contribution to the Novena every day in the run-up to the Feast Day of St Ignatius on 31st July. Come and join us!

Day Two is led by The Church of the Sacred Heart in Edinburgh. Click here >>
